Responsabilities:

• Power Platform Engineering, Development, and Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify opportunities for automation and develop, implement, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365
• Architecture Standards and Strategy: Serving as the subject matter expert/lead technical resource for Microsoft Power Platforms, O365 and Automations.
• Project Execution and Delivery: Participate in project design sessions analyzing business and technical infrastructure & cloud requirements, processes, integrate solutions of new and existing infrastructure and continuous improvement of standards, processes, procedure across the function are of responsibility through automation
• Internal Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Build, develop, and grow business relationships with users within our client´s Global IT Infrastructure/Network/Application/Security and with key partners and vendors. This includes working with internal and external Infrastructure, application, security, and Networking teams to evolve our client´s global IT automation transformational journey.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Development/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred, or a 10+ years combination of equivalent education and relevant experience
• Combination of Certifications in Microsoft Power Platforms and various enterprise hybrid-cloud information technologies, Infrastructure as Code, Automation, Azure, AI Engineering, Machine Learning, SCRUM/Agile-DevOps-CICD/SDLC, Software Code Development, Azure DevOps, Terraform, IPSoft Amelia, RedHat Ansible Enterprise and OpenShift
• 10+ Years experience in supporting and monitoring low-code self-service development platforms like Microsoft Power Platforms and supporting Global IT Analytics/Reporting platforms like Power BI (Premium/Fabric), Power BI Capacities, Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik, Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, SSMS along with advanced knowledge on using Data Lakes, Lakehouse, Synapse, SQL Analytics Endpoint and Snowflake.
• 10+ Years of progressive Enterprise IT industry experience encompassing a wide range of skill set, roles and industry verticals including a large-scale global IT operation, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Gateways, coding, automation, SCRUM/Agile-DevOps/SysOps/CICD/SDLC mythologies, design, implementation, migrations, transformations, deployment rollout including broad experience with driving greenfield IT automation platform’s architecture/ design/ implementation / administration, service management and IT governance/control processes
• 10+ Years of progressive experience DevOps/CICD, software development, write scripts, building automation playbooks, and develop code using programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Golang, JavaScript, YAML, JSON, Azure CLI/ARM, Ruby, Apache Camel or Bash to automate routine tasks, data processing, AI Machine Learning, and system integration across multi-cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS) both public and private.
• 5+ Years of progress experience using enterprise Automation & DevOps tools such as TFS, Azure DevOps, Terraform Cloud, IPSoft Amelia AIOPS, Ansible Enterprise/Tower, OpenShift, Kubernetes, GitHub, Azure CLI, Azure Log Analytics, Broadcom Automic, Dynatrace, etc.
• Advance level knowledge of Hybrid-cloud technologies supporting and maintain a global hybrid datacenter with Microsoft Azure cloud, Google Cloud Platforms, Nutanix, Microsoft Hyper-V, and serverless/container infrastructure architecture inclusive of security and disaster recovery of hybrid-cloud-serverless infrastructure
• Advance level knowledge of Microsoft and Linux hybrid domain infrastructure environment, including Linux (RHEL, SUSE, others), SOAP, POSTMAN, REST, Microsoft Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, SQL Server, Office 365, Exchange online, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI, and all forms of Active Directory and DNS services
• Advance level knowledge of networking, OSI model, TCP/IP, routers, load balancers and XML gateway devices, including IPv4, IPv6, SFTP, SSH, PKI, TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP, SSL, TLS, HTTPS, etc.
• Advance level of ITSM platform tools such as FreshService, ServiceNow, etc.
• ITIL Certification and experience preferred
