SENA Frontline Technical support Intern
Job Summary:
We are seeking a SENA Frontline Technical Support Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers utilizing the company's products and services.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with technical issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
3. Educate customers on product features and functionality.
4. Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
6. Stay updated on product knowledge and technical skills through training and self-learning.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in technology and providing technical support.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
