Job Description

We are looking for a Network Engineer with CCNA certification, responsible for network infrastructure administration, support, and incident resolution. The candidate will work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure the efficient operation of implemented solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve network incidents (troubleshooting).
• Coordinate and collaborate with vendors for the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions.
• Administer and support Routing & Switching (R&S), WLAN, and Firewalls solutions.
• Manage and maintain Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Administer DHCP/DNS in Infoblox.
• Provide support to network managers in plants, offices, and distribution centers.
• Use ServiceNow for ticket, incident, and report management.
• Prepare and present monthly reports and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Work Mode:

• Hybrid model: Remote work with the possibility of in-office presence at CRG.
• Availability to visit client offices at least once or twice a month for meetings and report reviews.

Onboarding Process:

A shadowing period of approximately one month is planned to facilitate integration and understanding of processes and tools used

Requirements:

• Valid CCNA certification (mandatory).
• Experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Experience with DHCP/DNS Infoblox.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Advanced English level for communication with international teams.
