Bogotá, Colombia – Network Engineer with CCNA Certification

We are looking for a Network Engineer with CCNA certification to join our team at CRG Bogotá.

Responsibilities:

Network troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Close collaboration with vendors for technical support.
Administration and support of Routing & Switching (R&S), WLAN, Cisco Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, and DHCP/DNS Infoblox.
Use of ServiceNow for ticket management and incident tracking.
Support for network managers in plants, offices, and distribution centers.
Follow-up on tickets, pending tasks, and network monitoring.

Onboarding Process:

Shadowing period (~1 month) to ensure a smooth integration into client network infrastructure and processes.

Requirements:

CCNA Certification (Mandatory)
Experience in network administration and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls
Experience with DHCP/DNS Infoblox
Proficiency in ServiceNow
Bilingual: Spanish/English
