We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in ITIL processes to oversee and coordinate IT activities. This role involves tracking engineers' tasks, managing vendor communication for planned activities, maintaining process integrity, analyzing priorities, and establishing execution criteria. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience in Service now Tool.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and ensure process compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must reside in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City (CDMX).
