IT Service Liaison & Escalation Specialist (Temporary 6 months)
At CRG we are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team who can be able to manage our relationship with our IT provider, handling complex technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance of our IT systems.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 platforms, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive, with experience in managing Exchange Online using PowerShell.
- Proficiency in managing Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
- Proficient with iOS and MacOS platforms.
- Proven ability to handle and resolve Level 3 technical issues effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing relationships and handling escalations.
- Experience with advanced technical support in a managed IT environment
- Proficiency with Jira or similar ticketing systems
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between the firm and our IT provider, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration.
- Escalation Engineering: Serve as the Escalation Engineer for Level 3 issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical problems.
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments, including troubleshooting, configuration, and user support.
- Entra ID Management: Administer and manage Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management, including user provisioning and access control.
- PowerShell Scripting: Utilize PowerShell to manage Exchange Online and automate tasks within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your understanding of iOS and MacOS ecosystems to address related issues and support users effectively.
- Ticketing System: Proficient with ticketing systems, preferably Jira, for managing and tracking IT support requests.
