AT CRG we are looking for a Network Engineer who provides connectivity support with Global Communications and Information Security Services portfolio, including 1000+ Site Offices, four Global Data Centers and multiple cloud tenants including OCI and Azure.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).
• Studies in Telecommunications Engineering or similar.

• 3+ years of experience working with Cisco routing, switching and wireless devices.
• Cisco CCNA, CCNP (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with Telcos and service providers to turn-up and decommission circuits.
• Operational knowledge of VLANs, spanning tree, and common routing protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring and logging tools.
• Ability to analyze data and deliver metrics associated with utilization, capacity and functional operation of the network.
• Ability to comprehend and create network maps and drawings in standard design tools (i.e. Visio).
• Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP and related network services.
• Understanding of IP addressing including subnetting and supernetting.
• Operational understanding of different media and cable types.
• Experience working from a ticketing system.
• Ability to perform maintenance activities outside of normal business hours.
• Effective communication skills. Must be proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Other (non-English) language skills an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, install, and manage Cisco networking devices (routers, switches, WLAN).
• Troubleshoot MPLS, IDE and DIA circuit connectivity.
• Troubleshooting of Cisco component health and performance in a large WAN and SD-WAN environment.
• Review of bill-of-materials (BOM) to ensure proper equipment is ordered to match requirements.
• Daily administration of layer 2 and layer 3 Cisco networks.
• Installation, configuration and management of Cisco wireless access points.
• Management of Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers.
• Provide the coordination of repair and restoral efforts of various service providers, including monitoring services, telecommunication providers and ISPs.
• Work with various customer and support groups in diagnosing service-related problems.
