Vendor Analyst
Experienced vendor management or procurement professional, responsible for leading (ITIL Supplier Management) projects negotiations and statements of work while identifying opportunities to optimize services by implementing best practices and policies.
You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals at Vendor Strategy & Management Office who have the overall responsibilities for running the entire lifecycle for Statement of Work for our Regions teams. In this role, you will handle relationship with vendors who supply contingent labor resources. Through strong procurement leadership, negotiation, communication and influencing skills, you will build trust and confidence with vendors, while foster business objectives. In this role, you will:
Supplier & SLA Management
- Ensure 100% of assigned vendors activity flows through the VMO organization.
Risk Management
- Track and maintain contractual agreements/ SOWs to ensure timely reviews/ renewals
- Adherence compliance on tenure and contract type adherence
- Adherence to relevant Processes & Policies
Operational Excellence
- Raise POs in appropriate tools, and follow up on timely approvals•
- PEP Process Management: Submitting budget Request, PCOGS submission (Incremental/New, Renewals, Change Requests, Backfills)
- Initiate vendor engagement assessments via PEP tool
- Work with vendors and business units to arrange interviews with candidates.
- Communicate readiness and timelines to stakeholders where appropriate.
- Identify areas for Continuous Improvement opportunities.
- Ensure timely on-boarding of contingent workers.
- Contingent worker lifecycle management support to business functions
- Onboarding support to ensure contingent workers are productive on Day #1
- Creating Partner SOWs
Skills
- Expertise in Purchase Order Management life cycle
- Communication Skills (Fluent in English written and verbal)
Expertise to use MS Suite of products (MS Outlook, excel, PowerPoint and Share point)
Expertise to use Ariba, Fieldglass OR Workday
- Good understanding of Resource Management
Should know how to Collaborate with the Team and stakeholders
Should be a Critical thinker and a Problem-Solver
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor´s degree in related areas.
- 3 -5 years of work experience in Purchase Order Management (or equivalent field).
