CRG Solutions is seeking Field Technicians to support a large-scale endpoint reimaging project across a major state university campus. This is a hands-on, temporary position ideal for individuals with basic IT knowledge who are looking to gain experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reimaging of laptops, desktops, and lab computers using standard deployment tools (e.g., USB, PXE boot, or deployment servers).
• Install required software and ensure proper configurations per university standards.
• Perform basic functional testing to verify successful imaging (network connection, login, software availability).
• Update asset tracking sheets with device status and deployment completion.
• Maintain clear communication with the project team and report any issues encountered.
• Ensure compliance with university IT protocols and physical security requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or coursework in IT is a plus).
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and hardware setup.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and documented imaging procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and task ownership.
• Excellent punctuality and reliability.
• Must be able to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
• Must pass a background and drug check in accordance with university requirements.
• Able to work on site at Greensboro, North Carolina

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with imaging or desktop support in a school, retail, or office environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft deployment tools (SCCM, MDT, Intune) is a plus.
