We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead complex projects in the IT field and across various areas of the business, with a strong focus on software implementation, data migration, and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with executive-level stakeholders and must be fully fluent in English, as project management in the U.S. may be required.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage technology projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and aligned with required quality standards.

- Coordinate and closely collaborate with executive stakeholders to align project goals and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and manage project planning, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient execution.

- Oversee software implementation and data migration, working with technical teams to ensure smooth and successful transitions.

- Conduct ongoing monitoring, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.

- Present project progress reports, risk management updates, and outcomes to executive stakeholders and other key participants.

- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.

Requirements:

- Immediate availability.

- Ability to work in a hybrid modality.

- Experience managing a wide variety of project types.

- Proven experience working with executive-level stakeholders in dynamic, high-level environments.

- Full fluency in English (100% proficiency, both written and spoken).

- Preferred knowledge of PMI and Lean Six Sigma project management best practices.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.

- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus.
