Automations & Analytics Business Analyst
The Business Analyst role will play a crucial role in gathering and documenting requirements to create process efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance
performance through automation and reports across client's business processes. This role will be part of the Workforce Productivity team and work with stakeholders and colleagues worldwide.
This role requires a combination of basic knowledge in Power Automate and Power BI, as well as strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive business improvements.
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirement Gathering and Analysis. Document and diagram the existing and proposed environment and dataflows.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and elicit the necessary requirements.
Critically evaluate existing workflows and business processes to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather insights, align expectations, and foster consensus.
Leverage data analysis techniques to extract valuable insights from data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Work with the Automations and Analytics teams to facilitate the planning and execution of projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE EDUCATION
1-2 years of experience supporting business process documentation with business owners and SMEs.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
Ability to work independently, with limited supervision, whilst participating fully as a member of the Workforce Productivity team.
Ability to translate requirements into processes and controls
Excellent spoken and written communication. Assertive and confident in raising action points with senior individuals
Willingness to learn and stay updated in RPA, Intelligent Automation, AI, Reporting, and other productivity solutions.
Good organization and facilitation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
Nice to have:
Experience in tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint.
