Data Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a particular emphasis on SQL and Power BI. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
The Data Analyst role will be part of the Workforce Productivity team, supporting the reporting needs of various teams worldwide. This role will collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to deliver queries, reports, metrics, and dashboards.
In this role, your responsibilities will be
- Build and deploy BI solutions. Including reports, pipelines, dashboards, and advanced visualizations of information.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Maintain version control and documenting any changes made to the BI solutions, including updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Create or update user guides and training materials to help end-users understand and effectively use the BI solutions developed.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure clear requirements and delivery alignment.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

4. Collaborates
Analytics is rarely done in isolation. Collaborating with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and communicating findings clearly is vital for impact.
For this role, you will need:
- BA/BS university degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- At least three (3) years of Power BI and query development experience is required.
- Knowledge of DAX, M Query, and Power Query.
- Experience with Dimensional Models, and Star Schemas for Reporting.
- SQL skills, including writing complex queries to extract and analyzing large volumes of data.
Preferred qualifications that set you apart:
- Experience with Agile Development Processes.
- Experience developing Python notebooks.
- Experience with Paginated Reports, Dataflows, Deployment Pipelines.
- Experience with ETL like SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
- Experience querying Oracle EBS data.
