Change Management
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute change management initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) aligned with ITIL processes.
Apply Six Sigma principles to identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements across compliance and change management practices.
Ensure all change initiatives meet compliance standards (internal and external), minimizing risk and disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define change strategies, conduct impact assessments, and manage change-related communications and training.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on ITSM best practices and ensure seamless integration with change and release management processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reporting dashboards to track change outcomes and compliance adherence.
Partner with audit teams to support reviews, documentation, and policy enforcement.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement across IT operations.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in change management, compliance, and/or IT service management roles.
Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt or higher preferred).
Proven experience with ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
Demonstrated success in managing change at an enterprise level within a regulated or complex environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
