At CRG we are looking for a PM to support mergers and acquisition transaction diligence and integration activities. The candidate will help execute diligence objectives and support integration planning among other activities and with different stakeholders.

Requirements:

• High proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in M&A or project management.
• Strong understanding of Merges & Acquisitions processes including diligence and integration best practices.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, including use of project tracking tools.
• Knowledge in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with post-merger integration initiatives or change management.

• Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Teams), as well as collaboration tools.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage M&A project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across diligence and integration phases.
• Collaborate with functional leads (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, etc.) to ensure all areas of the business are prepared for integration and risk mitigation.
• Support and track due diligence efforts by organizing data requests, synthesizing findings, and facilitating team collaboration.
• Assist in the development of integration plans, communication strategies, and change management activities.
• Monitor progress against objectives, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Partner with external advisors, consultants, and target company stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance processes, confidentiality policies, and legal requirements throughout the M&A process.
