At CRG we are looking for an Automation Developer specializing in Microsoft Power Platform, who will be instrumental in transforming our business processes through the creation, maintenance, and optimization of automated workflows and applications. The primary focus will be on utilizing tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft technologies to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs. Will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including business analysts, IT teams, and end-users, to design and implement automation solutions that drive business success.

Requirements:

• BA/BS university degree desired.

• Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).

• 3+ years of automation development experience required.

• Knowledge and demonstrated experience of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is required.

• Knowledge of Automations for Shared Services (Robotic Process Automation) is preferred.

• Strong verbal, written and presentation communications abilities

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project tracking and conceptual skills

• Attention to detail and able to manage data accurately

• Exceptional customer service orientation

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (desired).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and support Automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Integrate various data sources and services within the Power Platform ecosystem to build cohesive solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors that arise in the automation processes.

• Review requirements from cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure that all automation solutions comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Create detailed documentation for all developed solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance procedures.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, communicating progress and potential risks to stakeholders.

• Create custom connectors and integrate with various data sources, APIs, and third-party services to enable seamless automation.
