Senior Talent Advisor
Objective:
- The Senior Talent Advisor will play a key strategic role in identifying, engaging, and advising top-tier leadership talent. Acting as both a recruitment partner and talent strategist, this person will support executive stakeholders in scaling high-performing teams across fast-growing companies. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for people to deliver exceptional hiring experiences and outcomes.
Bachelor's degree.
- 5-8 years experience in talent acquisition interfacing with executive stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of industry topics like high-tech, digital transformation and/or energy and utilities.
- Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English High Proficiency level.
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Manage a large candidate pipeline and ensure candidates have amazing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Proven success in sourcing passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for both current and future roles.
