At CRG we are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and Cisco Nexus platforms to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the support of large-scale data center and enterprise network environments. This role requires strong expertise in routing and switching, ACI fabric management, automation, and troubleshooting complex network infrastructures.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).
• CCNP or CCIE Data Center certification.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco ACI including APIC, fabric setup, multi-site architectures, contracts, and policies.
• Proficient in troubleshooting fabric discovery, endpoint learning, static bindings, Bridge Domains, and L3Out configurations.
• Strong knowledge of ACI device provisioning, upgrades, and APIC GUI navigation.
• Experience managing Cisco Nexus platforms (2K/5K/7K/9K).
• Advanced skills with NX-OS, vPC, FabricPath, VXLAN, and EVPN technologies.
• In-depth understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols (VLANs, STP, LACP, multicast, VXLAN, EVPN).
• Strong command of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and network design principles.
• Experience with scripting languages, particularly Python, used for ACI migrations and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with network automation tools including Cisco NSO, Postman, and Insomnia.
• Experience working with data formats such as XML and JSON.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on reliability and security.

Responsibilities

• Set up, deploy, and manage Cisco ACI fabrics, including APIC controllers, tenants, bridge domains, VRFs, contracts, policies, and multi-site architectures.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ACI fabric discovery, endpoint learning, static bindings, L3Out configurations, and fabric upgrades.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Nexus switches (2K, 5K, 7K, 9K) in NX-OS mode, including vPC, VXLAN, and EVPN implementations.
• Implement advanced routing and switching solutions using OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, route maps, and redistribution to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Automate network configuration and operations using tools such as Cisco NSO, Postman, or Insomnia, and leverage Python scripting for ACI migrations and repetitive tasks.
• Work with XML and JSON data formats for API-based automation and system integrations.
• Collaborate with solutions architects, data center teams, and cloud infrastructure engineers to deliver scalable and secure networking solutions.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and best practice standards.
• Participate in performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive monitoring of data center networks.
