Senior Smartsheet Solution Architect

A highly skilled Senior Smartsheet Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide Smartsheet solutions. This role combines business-facing leadership, technical solution architecture, and project management excellence to drive operational efficiency and deliver scalable, high-impact business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Smartsheet Control Center, premium apps, workflow automation and solution architecture. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, delivering Smartsheet solutions that enhance visibility, streamline processes, and support strategic organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and deploy complex Smartsheet solutions using Control Center (single & multi-tier), Dynamic View, Data Mesh, Data Shuttle, Calendar App, WorkApps, and other premium capabilities.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, status meetings, and deployment plans.  

• Team Leadership & Mentorship : Provide coaching to end-users and super users; promote best practices.

• Project Oversight: Support the formation and operations of a Smartsheet Center of Excellence (CoE)

• Training & Enablement: Develop training programs, lead workshops for internal teams

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on Smartsheet solution architecture and workflow automation

• 6+ years of experience in advanced Smartsheet Solution development including Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Mesh, Data Shuttle and WorkApps

• 5+ years of Experience with any enterprise ERP or PLM System

• PMP, ITIL, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications highly preferred

• Experience in global or regional operations, preferably in supply chain, retail, manufacturing, or technology sectors

Education and/or certification requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or other relevant experience

• Smartsheet Core Product or System Administrator Certifications

Skills required:

• Ability to align technical solutions with business strategy

• Proven experience in team development and stakeholder management

• Executive-level reporting and presentation skills

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms beyond Smartsheet (e.g., SAP, Snowflake, Tableau)

• Ability to create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users
