IT Project Manager (Temporary 9 months)
At CRG we are looking for an IT Project Manager with great experience in Waterfall methodologies, who oversees and coordinates multiple related technology projects to ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals. This role focuses on managing the overall program lifecycle—from planning and execution through delivery and benefits realization—while guiding project managers, ensuring governance compliance, and optimizing resources across initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of balancing technical understanding with business objectives.
Requirements:
Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
8–10+ years of progressive experience in IT project or program management.
Strong experience in Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in ERP or CRM implementations.
Experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement.
PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Expertise in program and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira Align, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
Strategic thinker with a focus on value delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
Define program vision, objectives, and success metrics aligned with corporate strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology solutions that support business goals.
Ensure alignment and integration among all projects within the program.
Governance & Oversight
Establish program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and quality standards.
Monitor progress across projects, identifying risks, dependencies, and inter-project impacts.
Provide executive-level reporting on status, financial situation, and outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT leadership, and project teams.
Communicate program vision, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution among diverse stakeholders.
Financial & Resource Management
Develop and manage program budgets, resource plans, and vendor contracts.
Optimize allocation of people and technology resources across concurrent projects.
Track financial performance and ensure ROI on program investments.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and guide project managers and team leads within the program.
Promote best practices in project management, Agile delivery, and technology governance.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
