As a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to our digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies, enhance digital performance, and ensure effective measurement of campaigns. Your insights will be vital in understanding customer behavior and optimizing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, email, and paid advertising.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate data-driven decision making.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Utilize advanced analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, AEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to extract, manipulate, and visualize data.

• Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing to enhance user experience

• Monitor and report on digital marketing performance and recommend optimizations to improve results.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital analytics, marketing, or related roles.

• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.

• Use of Power Bi, Tableau or other data visualization tools.

• Experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.

• Familiarity with social media marketing and a conversational English is a plus.

 Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AEM and/or Wordpress

• Experience in UX/UI designing
