Change Management Supervisor
At CRG Colombia we are looking for a Supervisor who leads the Change Management team, ensuring all changes are managed effectively. This role is accountable to all changes implemented by central teams and ranging from IT, Core Network, B2B and Mobile, in both Caribbean and Latam markets. Furthermore, it is responsible to ensure all local change management teams are following the central process and meet the compliance rules set for this.
Requirements:
Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
2+ Years of Change/Incident/Problem Management or Project Management experience.
2+ Years in Network Operations Environment.
Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITILv3/v4, eTOM or ISO 9001:2015 (certification not required but is a plus).
1+ Years Supervisory Experience or leading project teams and processes.
ITIL Knowledge Change and Incident Management.
Basic understanding of Networking and functionality of multiple disciplines as a Service Provider.
Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with senior level business partners within the company.
Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.
Availability to work nights and weekends.
Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
Must be innovative, independent, and able to work with limited direction and conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Owner of the Change Management process, responsible for stakeholder adherence to the process.
Development and monitoring of established KPIs related to the change management process.
Reinforce to follow the compliance processes of the change policy.
Responsible for the coordination of the freeze periods from the formal declaration to the handling of exceptions until the period is completed.
Leader of the change management team and responsible for the achievement of the group's objectives and good performance.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Vice President, Director, or Manager.
