Executive Recruiting Coordinator
At CRG Costa Rica we are looking for Executive Recruiting Coordinator/Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team and partner closely with our Executive Recruiting team for executive candidate coordination. The Executive Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with members of our executive recruiting team to schedule and manage executive interviews while providing world-class candidate experience. The Executive Recruiting Coordinator will partner with leaders and their team members across the organization to ensure the successful scheduling and coordination of senior level candidate interviews.

Key Responsibilities
· Schedule, coordinate, and manage executive-level interviews, including candidate travel logistics, supporting 25–30 candidates at various stages of the recruiting process.
· Own scheduling logistics by proactively communicating with executive recruiters, candidates, internal stakeholders (hiring managers, practice leaders, executive assistants), and external partners to ensure efficient interview processes.
· Partner with senior leaders and executive assistants to coordinate complex interview schedules.
· Work directly with candidates, recruiters, and external partners to schedule executive assessments.
· Schedule interviews debrief meetings and ensure timely follow-up on next steps.
· Support ad-hoc operational projects as part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, as business needs and capacity allow.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
· 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resource function preferred.
· Fluent in English.High proficiency level (must).
· Proven experience prioritizing and managing multiple interviews in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with senior leadership and colleagues across the organization.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills with high degree of EQ.
· Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
· Ideally experienced in Greenhouse or another Applicant Tracking System.
· Previous experience with an interview scheduling tool (e.g., GoodTime) preferred.
