We are looking for an ESG (Environmental, Social, & Governance) Specialist as part of the People Strategy & Experience Team (PSE) to support the vetting, research, communication, and processing of ESG initiatives. This includes philanthropy, sustainability, and various governance related efforts. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as social impact, human resources, sustainability, communications, or similar preferred.

• 2+ years of related experience (CSR, ESG, sustainability, or administrative support).

• Experience working with Finance platforms, i.e., Chrome River.

• Experience working with Microsoft Forms.

• Experience working with core Microsoft suite tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, understand, and prioritize.

• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong written and oral communication.

• Desire to learn and continuously improve.

• Work experience in management/technology consulting or professional services industries preferred.

• Work experience in Social Responsibility or ESG preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Process philanthropy donations in AP tool, Chrome River, for programs such as Dollars for Doers that rewards employee volunteers for their dedication to our community as well as Individual Match, matching personal employee donations to nonprofit organizations.

• Support writing follow-up communications to employees & nonprofits.

• Review nonprofit organizations leveraging Evaluation Criteria to help determine our nonprofit partners and donation recipients.

• Monitor ESG Team Forms and initiate the appropriate next steps based on the request or submissions.

• Partner with the Sustainability Team to drive employee engagement efforts, support carbon emissions calculations where needed, and support net zero by 2040 goal.

• Ad hoc administrative support across meeting organizations, list creation and ownership, and other operational support.
